Hi all - just getting started using this website. This photo is actually from quite some time ago - wouldn’t mind being closer to this look right now!
I have a lot of reasons for wanting to get healthier and lose some weight:
1) It’ll be better for my health.
2) It’ll be better for my career.
3) It’ll make it easier to be a parent (hubby and I are looking to adopt soon)
4) It’ll make me a better teammate! I joined a roller derby team recently, and I want to get stronger, fitter, and build my endurance to be a better teammate.
5) It’ll get my sleep schedule a little more regular and boost my immune system.
6) It’ll keep me lighter on my feet and give me more energy.
7) It’ll boost my self esteem and give me more confidence in my appearance, being at home in my own skin, etc.
Right now, I’m looking for some gym buddies in my neighborhood…Anybody in the Fair Lawn / Radburn / Glen Rock / Elmwood Park area that wants to work out in the mornings around 10 am, let me know!
